What reviewers say

Both reviews find good image quality, clear controls and quick viewfinder focusing, but slow live-view autofocus and dated performance. Photography Blog regards it as a minimal upgrade and favours the Nikon D3400. Amateur Photographer finds it a viable budget introduction to Canon DSLRs, while recommending the better-equipped 200D or 250D when affordable.
