Coffeeness found the hot drinks and customisation particularly convincing, although the grinder sounded shrill. Trusted Reviews needed to change beans and coarsen the grind to avoid failed pours, noted early refill warnings with water still in the tank, and found the iced-coffee flavour less appealing than cold extraction.
