Reviewers enjoyed the hot and cold drinks, easy customisation and guided maintenance, while noting the large size and high price. Livingetc judged the luxury worth its cost, although its milk was not perfectly silky. Men’s Journal found the value harder to justify and highlighted frequent tank refills and the single hopper’s limits.
