What reviewers say
Both tests praised espresso quality, temperature consistency and extensive adjustment, alongside simultaneous milk steaming. Expert Reviews liked the build and controls but found it expensive and required tuning. Coffee Blog liked the filling access, wheels and clear menus, while stressing the manual skill requirement and slower warming than ThermoJet machines. Its test used a reconditioned BES920, so it is not a new-unit durability test.
