What reviewers say

Reviewers found strong performance in demanding work and capable gaming, but only a small improvement over the cheaper Ryzen 7 3700X. Both judged its launch premium difficult to justify, especially with the 3700X using less power. Overclocking delivered modest gains rather than a compelling reason to choose it.
