What reviewers say

Reviewers find outstanding performance in rendering and other heavily parallel work, with useful gains over the 7980X. Video editing and lightly threaded applications benefit less from the extra cores. The high price and expensive platform make it a specialist workstation choice, with mainstream processors better suited to gaming and everyday work.
