What reviewers say

Reviews find strong single-threaded performance and improved rendering performance over the Core i9-9900K, but Ryzen 9 alternatives remain faster in many heavily threaded workloads. Gaming gains vary with the game and motherboard settings. High power consumption during unrestricted boosting, cooling costs and the new motherboard requirement weaken its value.
