What reviewers say

Reviewers agree the DT 900 Pro X is superbly built and comfortable, with insightful, enjoyable sound that suits mixing and critical listening. What Hi-Fi? found it demanding of source equipment and recordings, SoundStage! Solo thinks similarly priced planar models offer more air for casual listening, and SoundGuys found it a little heavy.
