Reviewers agree that the QC3 provides effective noise cancellation and a comfortable, compact fit. Tom's Guide praises its clear mids and highs but finds the bass could be better defined. Sound & Vision finds the sound warm with restrained highs. Both note that audio stops when the battery runs out and that the price was high.
