What reviewers say

Both tests praise fast autofocus, strong centre sharpness and sturdy construction, with softer edges and improved sharpness after stopping down. ePHOTOzine finds persistent telephoto edge softness and occasional close-focus errors. The Digital Picture is more positive overall and judges wide-angle vignetting less severe, while finding the stabilised sibling better towards the telephoto edges. Both note the absent mount gasket.
