What reviewers say

Both reviews praise fast, smooth autofocus and a lighter design than the F1.2 lens. Their optical findings differ. Dustin Abbott reports very heavy vignetting and good f/1.4 corners on an EOS R5, while Digital Camera World finds mild vignetting but needs f/5.6 for even sharpness in its lab. Both note iris-ring restrictions and distracting highlights in some backgrounds.
