What reviewers say

Reviewers praise sharp portraits, attractive background blur and quiet, confident autofocus in a manageable body, but miss optical stabilisation and broader stills iris-ring support. Amateur Photographer dislikes the lack of aperture clicks. Digital Camera World sees it as a better purchase for most users than the larger f/1.2, yet would keep its own f/1.2 for creamier blur.
