What reviewers say

Both praise sharpness from f/4, rapid autofocus, effective stabilisation and low colour fringing and distortion. They consider the weight, bulk and high price the main drawbacks. ePHOTOzine finds excellent central sharpness with edges improving when stopped down, smooth background blur and strong flare resistance; Digital Camera World finds excellent sharpness across the frame and highlights the useful controls.
