What reviewers say

Both praise high sharpness, fast quiet autofocus and unusually compact handling for a bright ultra-wide lens. Both find the rear-only filter arrangement limiting. Photography Blog reports flare when shooting into the sun and noticeable wide-aperture corner darkening; Digital Camera World finds effective flare control and excellent wide-open corners. Both consider its image quality strong, with a substantial price.
