What reviewers say

Both praise image quality, build, autofocus and smooth blur, while finding the price high for an F1.8 standard prime. Photography Blog finds good wide-open results but improves edges by stopping down; Digital Camera World reports a noticeable wide-open sharpness drop across its tests. Both find little colour fringing. Digital Camera World also finds negligible distortion.
