What reviewers say

Reviewers praised everyday vacuuming and the features for the price, while reporting imperfect navigation and dock noise. Tom’s Guide found mopping effective but edge cleaning limited; WIRED struggled with sticky spills, cords and mapping its upper floor. Both found the app approachable for managing several floors.

Autonomy
Carry the robot between floors. Without its dock, a low fresh-water or full dirty-water tank switches the task to vacuuming; return it for self-cleaning afterwards.
Remote control
eufy app supports maps and cleaning settings; onboard controls also available. Maker provides model-specific Wi-Fi setup instructions.
Regional availability
UK black T211A210 and white T211A220 maker SKUs are orderable; cosmetic colours and accessory bundles do not create different robot models.
Release details
Maker identifies C28 as a 2026 release. Contemporary regional reports differ on the February first-sale period; an exact worldwide retail date is not established here.

Navigation
iPath 2.0 uses LDS and linear lasers for mapping and obstacle avoidance; up to five saved maps.
Cleaning
DuoSpiral brushes automatically detangle hair. Suction pressure is the maker rating, not a universal cleaning-performance score.
Mopping
HydroJet roller cleans itself while mopping; maker rates downward load at 1 kg.
Maintenance
Maker drying guide specifies 35–50°C warm air; Quick drying 3.5 hours for very dry areas, Standard 5 hours for humid environments.

Battery

Charging
Robot returns to the base station after cleaning; maker support documents the return-to-base routine.
Runtime conditions
Exact robot runtime and capacity were not published in the store/support pages used here; figures from another Omni model are not transferred.
Dock
Five automatic tasks: dust emptying, mop washing, water refilling, warm-air drying and wastewater collection.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Dock empties dust and washes the roller
  • Five saved maps for multiple floors
  • Automatically detangling main brushes

Cons

  • Still needs tank refilling and dock maintenance
  • Separate floors require carrying the robot
