Reviewers agree it is one of the best small smart displays, especially by the bed, with better sound and quicker Alexa responses than before, but not enough change to justify upgrading from the previous model. Trusted Reviews found it dearer than its predecessor and misses Netflix; PCMag found the sound lacks deep bass and crisp treble.
