Reviewers agree it is a capable, very cheap way to add Fire TV to an HD set, with a full-featured interface and a remote that controls the TV. PCMag found the interface occasionally choppy; Tom's Guide found it pushes Prime Video too hard, disliked the Micro-USB power port and suggested most people spend a little more on the Fire TV Stick 4K.
