GEL-KAYANO 32

Released June 2025

The GEL-KAYANO 32 is ASICS's cushioned stability road-running shoe, with FF BLAST PLUS foam, the 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM and an 8 mm drop, suited to runners who want support on everyday and long runs.

Made for: Road running
Weight: 298 g
Heel height: 40 mm
Drop: 8 mm

What reviewers say

Reviewers agree it is a comfortable, very stable and durable stability shoe with a plush, breathable upper, suited to daily and recovery runs rather than speed work. The common criticisms are a firm ride with little energy return and a small update on the Kayano 31, which Tom's Guide thought better value on discount.
