What reviewers say

Both praise its image quality, low-light performance, comfortable controls and addition of a second card slot. Both find autofocus improved but less dependable for demanding action than leading contemporary rivals, and see limited reason for satisfied Z6 owners to upgrade. Photography Blog found moving-dog tracking inconsistent but static and dim-light focusing reliable. TechRadar praises effective stabilisation and the deeper buffer, while noting modest battery endurance and the lack of a forward-facing screen. Their launch reviews predate later firmware improvements.
