What reviewers say

Reviewers liked the balanced espresso, quick heating, guided touchscreen and cold-extraction drinks. Both found stray grounds from the grinder and a bulky, costly machine. TechRadar praised automatic milk texture; Tom's Guide preferred hand steaming for precision and reported splashing from the hot-water spout. Brewing and steaming must run in sequence.
