What reviewers say

Reviewers find useful gains in heavily threaded creation work, alongside greater memory bandwidth and expansion capacity. It can approach the 7970X in video editing, though tasks that scale with core count favour larger models. The expensive platform and high power demand make it difficult to justify for ordinary desktop use or gaming.
