What reviewers say

Reviewers liked the flat cable, useful fit accessories and substantial bass. Computer Bild found warm, comfortable listening but warned that cable movement and an incorrect tip fit affected the sound. Kopfhoerer.de found the bass could obscure lower mids and criticised the remote’s button feel.

Controls
RemoteTalk in-line remote for playback, track skipping, voice commands, answering and ending calls, and volume. Functions vary by device; volume controls are intended for compatible Apple devices.
Microphones
In-line microphone for hands-free calls.
Fit and ear tips
Interchangeable ear tips and removable Secure-Fit Wingtips. The maker guide recommends twisting each earbud into position and rotating the wingtip into the outer-ear cavity; medium tips and wingtips are fitted initially.
Water resistance detail
Apple’s 2015 Active Collection notice describes Tour2 as sweat- and splash-resistant, without an IP rating. This does not establish an IP code or a rating for the original 2013 colours.
Works with
Analogue headphone connection; RemoteTalk operation depends on the connected device.
Colours
Original range includes black, white, red and titanium (Computer Bild). Later Active Collection adds Shock Yellow, Siren Red and Flash Blue; Apple Japan confirms these colours went on sale on 22 September 2015.
In the box
Earphones, interchangeable tips, removable wingtips and carrying case. Computer Bild describes four total ear-tip sizes and three wingtip sizes; Kopfhoerer.de lists three ear-tip sizes, so the pack count is not treated as universal.
