Reviewers find it a neat smart alarm clock with good sound for its size, and TechRadar welcomes the removal of the camera. All three find the screen small and limited, and suggest a cheaper Echo Dot or Echo Pop if the display is not needed; SoundGuys heard distortion above half volume, and TechRadar found it expensive for what it does.
