Reviewers agree it is lighter, bouncier and faster than the Adios Pro 3, with excellent energy return and cushioning that suits races from 5K to the marathon. The common criticism is an unstable platform, especially at the heel and midfoot; RunRepeat and Doctors of Running also found the toe box narrower or shorter than before.
