Mach 7

Released March 2026

The Mach 7 is HOKA's light, plateless road shoe for faster training, with a supercritical EVA midsole and a 5 mm drop, suited to tempo sessions and daily runs.

Made for: Road running
Weight: 241 g
Heel height: 37 mm
Drop: 5 mm

What reviewers say

Reviewers agree it is a light, fun and versatile trainer that handles easy runs and faster sessions, with a more secure, breathable upper and better grip than the Mach 6. The common criticism is that it changes little from the Mach 6, which Tom's Guide thought better value while on sale; RunRepeat noted it does not suit runners wanting a plush ride or a roomy fit.
