What reviewers say
Reviewers agree it is the best Zoom Fly yet, a fun, fast and versatile plated trainer with ZoomX foam that handles training runs and racing, and far better than the Zoom Fly 5. The common criticisms are a snug, narrow fit, noted by RunRepeat, and a weight that Tom's Guide found higher than the lightest plated trainers.

- Nike says it's at least 10% lighter than the Zoom Fly 5
- Highest stack in Nike's racing line at launch
Cons
- About 265 g for a men's UK 9, heavier than the Vaporfly and Alphafly
- SR-02 foam under the plate rather than ZoomX throughout
