What reviewers say

Reviewers agree the new A6 Avant is a refined, comfortable and well-equipped long-distance estate with plenty of rear space. The common criticisms are a boot smaller than a Mercedes E-Class Estate's, especially in the plug-in hybrid, handling that is less engaging than a BMW 5 Series Touring, and some cheap-feeling plastics and piano black trim.
