What reviewers say

Reviewers agree the i5 Touring is exceptionally quiet and comfortable, with a beautifully finished cabin and a practical boot. The common criticisms are a range that trails rivals such as the Audi A6 Avant e-tron and a high price with costly options; Auto Express found the steering short of feedback, and Carwow found the menus confusing.
