What reviewers say

Reviewers agree the Z4 is a comfortable, well-built roadster that is relaxing with the roof down, with a superb six-cylinder engine in the M40i. The common criticism is that it is less agile and engaging than a Porsche 718 Boxster, with remote steering; What Car? and Carwow found the four-cylinder versions dull, and Carwow thought the manual option expensive.
