What reviewers say

Reviewers agree the new Leaf is comfortable, quiet and easy to drive, with up-to-date tech and a competitive price. Common criticisms are cramped rear seats under the sloping roof, a slightly unsettled low-speed ride and wind noise from the door mirrors; Autocar also found its tested efficiency behind rivals' and the e-Pedal unable to bring the car to a full stop.
