What reviewers say

Reviewers agree the new Land Cruiser is roomy, tough and superb off road, with a hard-wearing cabin and useful physical controls. They criticise its high price, the noisy, slow four-cylinder diesel and on-road manners that remain unsettled, with a choppy ride and plenty of body lean; What Car? suggests more comfortable rivals for buyers who rarely leave the tarmac.
