What reviewers say

Reviewers agree the Polo is one of the most comfortable, refined and well-made small cars, with a supple ride and a roomy cabin for its class. It is easy rather than fun to drive and pricier than most rivals; Autocar found the touch-sensitive climate controls awkward, and Auto Express found the DSG gearbox jerky in traffic.
