What reviewers say

Reviewers agree the M4 model fixes the base Pro's old weaknesses, with 16 GB of memory as standard, a third Thunderbolt port and a sharper webcam, alongside strong performance, very long battery life and an excellent mini-LED screen. Notebookcheck found its single fan gets loud under sustained load, and Macworld notes its SSD is slower than the M4 Pro model's.
