PhotographyBlog and DPReview praised image quality, the built-in flash and self-portrait screen, but criticised the menu-heavy interface. PhotographyBlog liked the improved grip while questioning the price. DPReview highlighted strong battery life but found charging slow, downward screen movement restrictive and exposure prone to underexposure. Both considered it a capable entry-level camera.
