What reviewers say

Both reviews praise sharp images, rapid quiet autofocus and solid construction, while noting substantial size and cost. Photography Blog finds pleasing background blur and modest shading in its tests. OpticalLimits is more critical of uncorrected wide-angle shading, distortion and the texture inside blurred highlights, although it rates the lens highly as a professional workhorse.
