Nokia 3650 is a Symbian phone with a circular keypad, VGA camera, video recording and expandable MMC storage. It has a 208 × 176-pixel colour display, Bluetooth and infrared connectivity.
Geekzone and The Register praise the multimedia features and wireless connections, but both find the body large. Geekzone likes the readable screen and finds the controls easy after adjusting to the circular keypad and reports useful Outlook synchronisation; it criticises Bluetooth-headset compatibility and the lack of a USB cradle. The Register likes quick one-handed photography and Mac synchronisation, but finds settings confusing and the keypad unsuitable for long emails. These tests describe the original 2003 hardware and software.
Active-matrix colour LCD, 176 × 208 pixels and 4,096 colours; exact maker launch and developer record. No physical diagonal or native refresh inferred.
