Stuff and OSnews valued the P990i's organiser, keyboard and wireless features. Stuff found the interface easy but the body bulky; OSnews disliked UIQ's usability while finding its updated 2007 firmware stable. OSnews praised call quality and battery life but criticised dwindling free RAM and awkward application management.
