What reviewers say

Reviewers agree the third-generation Tiguan is spacious, practical and refined, with neat handling and much-improved infotainment. They find it expensive, and criticise the plug-in hybrid's poorly judged brakes and jerky transitions; Autocar found the cabin materials less solid than before and the touch sliders fiddly, and What Car? found the standard ride a little choppy without adaptive dampers.
